I'm a writer and filmmaker and an adjunct professor in the Honors Department at the University of Rhode Island. I hold an MFA in Creative Writing from City University of New York, Brooklyn College, as well as a BFA in Theatre and BA in French from The University of Rhode Island.
I believe in language and storytelling as a tool for growth and change.
I'm also a licensed massage therapist.
Communication, like so much else, lives at the intersection of action, mode of delivery, tone, design, context, intention, and more. I work with clients to help make sense of this complicated landscape in a way that delivers powerful, empowering results, whether by helping someone feel more at home in their body through my massage practice, or providing support in pursuit of specific goals through writing.
